Sunset View is pleased to announce a new time-saving service and trash management solution for you: door-to-door trash pickup 5 nights per week. You'll no longer have to lug heavy bags of trash to the compactor or dumpsters. We've hired Valet Waste to provide this service at our community beginning June 24th, 2011.

No additional cost to residents!

Valet Waste will pick up the trash 5 nights a week, Sunday through Thursday at 8pm sharp. All residents must put their trash in a grab handle or tied bags and place these bags outside their apartment doors or garages in the containers provided by Valet Waste service no earlier than 6pm and no later than 8pm. All trash containers must be taken back in by 9am the following morning.

Trash will not be picked up on the following holidays: New Years Eve/Day, Christmas Eve/Day, Thanksgiving, and Labor Day. If you need to dispose of trash on Friday, Saturday, or on the mentioned holidays, please bring it to the compactor or dumpster onsite.
