Laundry Rooms

Through PayLease, you will now be able to pay your lease payments online via credit/debit card or an e-check from your checking or savings account. Sunset View has a recycle bin located at the southend exit of the property. Please remember not to put household garbage in the bin, just recycling. There are also smaller bins located in the dumpster area of the "A" bldg.

Renovations Completed!!

Great news! We have completed the upgrades to our state of the art Gym and it is now open. The gym is now fully equipped with picture perfect views of the mountains in addition to the new weight equipment and (2) two -27 inch LCD TVs! We are still working on after hours access to the gym and will let you know as soon as we have more information.

The Cabana Renovation is close to being complete. The lounge area next to the leasing office and the kitchen are complete. We are waiting on furniture in the new Media Room however, we have the New "50 inch Plasma TV" installed and its fits absolutely perfect in this room!

If you have been to the rental office lately I am sure you have noticed that we are doing some major landscape upgrades. We have moved the basketball court in with the Tennis Court and will be repainting the tennis/basketball court area as soon as weather allows. In place of the basketball court area we are making a summer time picnic and BBQ retreat. This area will be the perfect setting for a summer time picnic or BBQ.

Clubhouse Renovations Continued

Due to unexpected delays, our clubhouse and weight room remodel is still underway. We are just finishing up some minor details and expect to have the weight room and Cabana open by the March 1st if not sooner!

Good news... We've begun our Sunset View clubhouse renovation. This remodel includes the weightroom. We expect to have this completed by the end of January.

The Glass railings on the third and fourth floor of every building should also be completed by early January.

Renovation Update

The renovations have continued....As of today the Double pane vinyl windows have been installed in almost every apartments. We tentatively believe this process should be completed within the two weeks. After our contractors have finished the apartments they will install new windows in the rental office, laundry rooms, and common hallways. Roof upgrades have almost been completed on all buildings. New stairwell flooring has been installed in most buildings and should be completed within the next few weeks.

What's coming next: You will soon notice new glass railings being installed on the third and fourth floor of every building. In addition, the cabana, office, and weight room will be remodeled.

The new parking rules go into effect on November 1st. Pleas make sure you have your vehicles parking pass hanging from your rear view mirror and you are following the new parking rules.
